The following are items and details that I will attend to and follow up on while marketing your property

  • Explain the complete process of selling your property from start to finish.
  • Prepare Comparable Market Analysis fro your home to help in properly pricing your home to sell.
  • Provide you with the disclosure forms required by law.
  • Install a specially designed yard sign that is easy to read with my cell phone number at the top of the sign, making it easy for buyers to contact me.
  • Submit your property to the on-line Multiple Listing Services.
  • Take appropriate marketing photographs of the property.
  • Create and print customized Property Highlight Sheets.
  • Include your property as an important stop on our agent office tour.
  • Install a lock box to aid in showings for other REALTORS.
  • Install a "Talking House" transmitter in home to broadcast messages about your home 24 hours a day, seven days a week to potential buyers that stop at your home.

  • Notify neighbors that your property is on the market, asking them if they have a friend or Relatives that would be interested in purchasing your home.
  • Notify relevant clients and customers that the property is for sale.
  • Promote the sale of your property to over 500 REALTORS working in the area.
  • Install a weatherproof information box at the property with flyers.
  • Submit information about your home to be entered on the Internet to market it on a total of four websites

  • Hold timely Open Houses for prospects.
  • Contatanly monitor and record showing and open houses results.
  • Keep an eye on competing properties to maintain a competitive position.
  • Advertise the property in newspaper classifieds and/or Homes Magazines.
  • Analyze different financing plans for prospects
  • Qualify potential buyers to make certain they are able to buy your property.
  • Keep in contact with you.
  • Prepare a "Seller's Net Sheet" showing your estimated costs.
  • Prepare for closing and follow up on all of the details to make sure that the sale successfully closes.
